What is your return policy?

erenzia beauty offers a 30 day no questions asked return & refund policy (by the purchaser of record only). If for any reason you are unhappy with your Erenzia Beauty products please click the "Start a Return" button above.

If you are outside of the 30 day return window, please contact customer service.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

"Standard" shipping normally takes between 5-8 business days. "Expedited" shipping takes 3-5 business days and "Express" takes 1-2 business days.

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed by 12p.m. EST Monday–Friday will ship the same day the order is placed. These orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days with Standard shipping. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST on weekdays or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during major holidays and/or promotions.

How much is shipping?

We charge for "Standard" shipping: $4.99 if the order is under $30; $2.99 if the order is under $50 but greater than or equal to $30; FREE if the order is greater than or equal to $50.

"Expedited" shipping is $14.99

"Express" shipping is $21.99

Shipping to Mexico is $24.99

How do I expedite my order?

For expedited shipping, please check the options at checkout. Expedited shipping in the US via Fedex and is guaranteed in 2 days. 

Express orders are via USPS and are guaranteed in 3 days. Orders can take 1-2 business days to process before they are dispatched (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the US (including PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, and US Territories) and Mexico.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we would love to hear from you! You can reach us at 1-888-831-2696.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email our Support team by clicking here with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.

My order is missing, it says delivered, what should I do?

If your tracking information states your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you please wait at least 2 more business days before reaching out to us and to ask your neighbors or building manager to see if they have received it. Some of the carriers will mark packages as delivered before they arrive, and most missing packages will show up within our standard delivery time frame of 3- 7 business days. 

If your order still does not arrive after this time, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase so we can assist with resolving this for you.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We appologize if your packaged arrived damaged. Please reach out to us by clicking here and we will take care of you.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Please email our Support team: who can assist you with this. As long as your order has not been processed by our fulfillment team, we can change or cancel your order.

What is the status of my order?

On your confirmation you should be able to click into your tracking information. If not, please reach out to us by clicking here and we can assist.

What if I received the wrong product?

Two options 1) if you received your product within 30 days of puchase, you can start a return by clicking the "Start a Return" button above (you will receive a full refund) and just purchase another product online or 2) reach out to us here and we can assist.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No. Sorry. At this time we do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses for the same order.
